Billable time and expenses are easily transformed to invoices using a wizard. With ProjectCompanion, you have complete control of invoice data and several options for printing invoices (such as html, MS Access and MS Excel). Invoice data can be exported in XML and transformed to integrate with accounting systems. Documents can easily be shared in the project team using the document view, with an intuitive file management interface. ProjectCompanion consists of a web system and mobile clients used by project team members, and a management console and report tool used by managers and administrators. With this system structure, users have access to the tools for operative work, while managers and administrators have access to tools for control and invoicing. The license is valid for one year.
